Candidate selection

Candidates take written tests (professional adaptability, education, health, emotional intelligence and social skills) and a logic test, in addition to having a personal interview with a specialist.

We also draw up a handwriting analysis of the candidate’s personality to create their analytical profile.

The details

We check the references of the candidates and the selected employees.

We perform domestic supervision to monitor each candidate and their tasks in the home, to ensure they carry out their work correctly

Regulations

The hiring of domestic staff is regulated as a special employment relationship between the employer and employee, the former entering into an employment relationship with the employee, who renders paid domestic service for and on behalf of the employer.
